The Defense Group of Leidos has Cyber Security Lead position in Stuttgart, Germany on the CITS III Program.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany, supervising the daily activities of the Cyber Security contract staff. This staff is made up of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Package support, Security Controls Assessor-Validator (SCA-V), and Command Information System Security Manager (C-ISSM) Staff. This person will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts and will be interfacing with client managers, contract leadership and system users.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
•Currently hold and maintain an adjudicated Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Cyber Security contract staff supporting the command.
•Develop, implement and enforce US AFRICOM/DoD regional or command unique IA policies and comply with ITMO established IA requirements for units connecting to the enterprise.
•Effectively communicate within an audience setting, as well as, present Cyber Security Briefs to high ranking personnel.
•Deliver Information Assurance presentations to incoming personnel in a clear, concise but comprehensive manner.
•Coordinate, schedule and/or conduct Cyber Security training for all Information Systems personnel as required.
•Knowledgeable and competent in all areas of information systems security, including network, application, database, physical, web vulnerabilities and common security design flaws.
•Must possess a deep understanding of NIST 800 RMF requirements and, Department of Defense Policies and processes.
•Work with contract and customer leadership to ensure the Performance of Work Statement is being met and all deliverables are being presented as required for the Cyber Team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•BA/BS + 5 years or AA/AS + 7 years, or a major cert + 9 years or 13 years of recent specialized experience.
•Must have professional certification that meets DoD 8570.01. IAM III (CISM or CISSP)
•Meet TESA eligibility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.
•Experience supporting a Combatant Commands Cyber Security mission requirements.
•eMASS experience.
•Experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and a basic understanding of DISA CMRS.
•Information System Continuous Monitoring experience.
•Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00
