Our analytical Product Excellence team is currently transforming to an Agile Way of Working Product Operating Model. Our team provides Agile product management services and best practices for the Cyber Security & risk product teams to facilitate increased value to the business customer. This includes product health data, user experience metrics, product dashboards, executive dashboards, performance improvement metrics & measures and value realization analysis.

You will be given the opportunity to challenge and grow your talents through progressive on the job training and development of interpersonal and leadership skills to overcome difficult situations and mold the strategy of the department.

Your Fellowship Project

You will partner with team members to identify and implement operational agile product model Key performance Indicators, dashboard & reporting requirements & best practices to facilitate Agile product Ways of Working for the Cyber Security & Risk products, including but not limited to Infrastructure Security, network Security, Application Security, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security and Risk & Security Analytics. You will have the opportunity to design automated product reports and dashboards to facilitate improved product performance.

The intent of the fellowship is to:

· Design standardized and sustainable reporting mechanisms to show product and service performance & value

· Create a transparent health dashboard and emphasizing product / service OKRs aligned to the business

· Develop implementation plan to drive adoption of standardized reporting across product lines

· Draft training plan to operationalize support of developed reports

· Develop & implement Agile ways of operating in support of the “Product & Services Reporting and Value Mgmt. Service”

· Optimize lifecycle in support of these new reports, dashboards & processes.

Work Experience

Experience/Skills We are Looking for:

· Digital/IT experience with emphasis on data analysis, reporting & dashboarding

· Familiarity with Security practices

· Strong communication abilities, including written, verbal, and interpersonal

· Collaboration, project management and organizational skills

· Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines

· Experience working on cross-functional teams

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams, Agile

On site or remote; Monday-Thursday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
