Senior Network Security Engineer
Job Description

As a member of the DMZ Connectivity team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and design of our Company's Global Data Network with a primary focus on DMZ Network Strategy, Architecture, and Design. This role requires a highly skilled individual with subject matter expertise in Global Network Architectures. The candidate must interface globally and have deep experience in the design, development and support of global network solutions.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Design, develop and evolve our Company's Global DMZ strategy.
Research, architect, and introduce Next Generation Network Solutions based on industry trends.
Provide Tier-4 expert support of our Company's Global Network.
The individual must have the technical and leadership skills to engineer and deliver these services worldwide.
Lead global discussions with stakeholders over requirements and demand.
Required Experience and Skills
Education Minimum Requirement:
- MSc Degree, BSc Degree or 7+ years equivalent with relevant experience in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 7 + years experience of expert knowledge of Global Network Infrastructure and Design.
- Deep knowledge and expertise with Cisco Firewalling, VPN, Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Palo Alto experience is required.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, DevOps tools, and markup languages (e.g. Python, GitHub, Confluence, XML/JSON/YAML, etc.)
- Ability to continually acquire new skills.
- Ability to accomplish objectives while working collectively with the Global team, IT divisional teams, country IT departments and business teams.
- Demonstrates both tactical as well as strategic thinking and creative problem solving.
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Network Automation solutions.
- Deep Knowledge of VPN methods such as DMVPN, IPSEC, GRE and SSL.
- Advanced knowledge of network security, firewalling, zone based security.
- Advanced knowledge of network segmentation principles.
- Industry recognized certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE.

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
