Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Responsibilities:**+ Troubleshooting and facilitating resolution for hardware and software issues+ Providing quick and orderly responses to security related incidents, to include but not limited to, coordinating email and malicious code mitigation+ Account Management+ Patch management for software and hardware devices+ Perform Support Duties as directed+ Reviewing annual System Security Audit inquiries and provide responses, as needed+ Accessing and updating Security Controls as needed+ Providing Security guidance and support, as needed, for new and existing projects**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:** + Three (3) or more years of experience in Information Security+ Bachelors Degree in an IT related field (Additional years of experience may be considered)+ Must have active DoD-issue Secret clearance+ Experience with supporting Microsoft Windows environment+ Networking Experience managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems**Desired Qualifications:**+ Knowledge of BigFix (ELMS) patching application, CA Privileged Access Manager (CA PAM), and Secret Server is a plus+ CISSP certified is highly desired.+ Windows AD Administration MCSE preferred+ Experience with Information Assurance processes - C&A and FISMA requirements (preferred)+ Experience with Enterprise Scanning preferred+ Experience with Vulnerability Management preferred+ DEA suitability is highly desired.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
