Our team has highly motivated, innovative, and out-of-the box thinkers to continuously improve the security posture in an ever-changing environment.**Your Job**We are looking for an individual who can balance technical risks against business risks and consistently drive for the right results, and has the passion for cybersecurity education and improving the cyber IQ of employees. This individual will have deep experience in developing phishing campaigns, building cyber security education contents, working with learning management platform to roll-out education for the enterprise, role-based security education, analytical skills to identify phishing trends, and develop automation solutions to reduce human risk.The successful candidate will have a strong mix of cyber security knowledge, project management, team building, agile methodologies, vendor management, and leadership skills. Knowledge of Java, HTML, DevOps, OpenShift, GitHub, Proofpoint email security will be a plus. We value broad and deep technical knowledge (having a specialization primarily in one of these domains: Enterprise Phishing, Application Security, Cloud Infrastructure, RedHat OpenShift and Containers, Cyber Security Education, Network, Infrastructure, Open Source Software, DevOps / CICD Pipelines, Virtualization, Cloud-Native Technologies, Security Operations, Cloud Security, or an emerging technology are welcomed).**Your responsibilities**+ Develop new initiatives to reduce human risk in Cybersecurity such as Phishing Campaigns, Phishing Consequence Management, deep analytics using Kibana and other tools, to understand the trends and learning paths to improve Cyber IQ of employees+ Advise, design, and implement enterprise-class security systems for production environments, both internal and external to IBM+ Align company standards, frameworks, and security with overall business and technology strategy+ Drive agile and scrum meetings based on project needs+ Develop analytics and trends around phishing campaigns to reduce susceptibility rate+ Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats+ Work with vendors to negotiate delivery time-line+ Develop customized education contents and promote through various channels (i.e., monthly awareness campaigns, annual education, and cyber security awareness month)+ Drive Phishing campaigns and implement consequence management+ Create automations that balance business requirements with company information and IBM security standards+ Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences+ Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and empathy+ Perform POC for new vendors and make recommendations+ Communicate with senior executive leaders+ Support annual education, role based education and other initiatives**Business Awareness** : You have an understanding about the business that you're trying to secure. For example, working knowledge of cloud technologies, the ability to describe what the security concerns and impact might be for an organization looking to move from on-premises compute to public cloud.**Distributed Systems / Software Design:** Understand the compromises that teams make every day in order to make things work.
