The SecOps manager interacts with various departments and clients to develop, configure and troubleshoot new and existing services and environments. This role comes with many benefits, such as supervising a great team, architecting new environments, securing CSI’s enterprise applications, and participating in CSI’s newest initiatives such as DevOps, Cloud Security, and AI/ML automation.</strong></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the Security Operations who are responsible for the administration and operation of the below systems:<ol><li>Firewalls</li><li>IPS/IDS Systems</li><li>Web Application Firewalls</li><li>Linux Servers</li><li>Windows Servers</li><li>Content Filtering Systems</li><li>Email Security Systems</li><li>DNS Systems</li><li>Application Load Balancers</li><li>Routers and Switches</li><li>Endpoint Security Systems</li><li>Cloud Security Services</li></ol></li><li>Vulnerability management</li><li>Security System automation</li><li>Cloud Security design and implementation</li><li>Responsible for collecting and presenting information related to third party and internal audits</li><li>Assist banking customers with federal and third party audits</li><li>Resource utilization collection and documentation</li><li>Infrastructure design for new and existing services</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE</strong></p><ul><li>High level of commitment, energy and creativity with the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.</li><li>Strong management skills, including personnel management, conflict management, project and management. </li><li>Cloud & DevOps</li></ul><ul type="disc"><ul type="circle"><li>Knowledge of DevSecOps applications and services. </li><li>CI/CD Pipeline awareness.</li><li>Security Automation Deployments</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Operational knowledge of networking fundamentals including but not limited to routing and switching</li><li>Operational knowledge of firewalls and intrusion prevention systems</li><li>Operational knowledge of web/email applications and SSL certificates</li><li>Must be comfortable working with and troubleshooting in a heterogeneous operating environment.</li><li>Excellent documentation skills</li><li>Strong desire to learn and grow</li></ul><p><strong>Nice To Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Current industry certifications such as CISSP and CISM.</li><li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>College Degree in associated field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications)</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3-5 years:</strong> Network, system, or application engineering experience. </li><li><strong>1-2 Years</strong>: Management experience</li></ul><div style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6667px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 700; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;">CSI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, ge
