Leidos is excited to add a Junior Cyber Security Engineer who possesses a passion for Cyber Security Scanning and understands the critical RMF process.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast paced , mission focused team environment as part of our team at the Washington Navy Yard! All work is onsite.

An active TS clearance with the ability to receive a SCI is required.

This position requires an individual who is familiar with RMF and the software systems engineering process. Our new colleague will work with the cyber security and systems engineering team to provide the Cyber Security Scans and input data required for the RMF process.

This individual will collaborate with the cyber security team to generate the required Cyber Security Scans and ensure that the information is meticulously collected.

The person in this position will help the team to develop new processes, standards or operational plans in support of the established cyber security processes.

Strong communication skills are a must since this position requires coordination between multiple contractor teams, the government and Leidos systems engineers.

External Referral Eligible Minimum Qualifications Active TS clearance with the ability to receive a SCI.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
  • Active Top Secret clearance with ability to be approved for a SCI.
  • Experience and understanding of RMF process
