SECURITY, COMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION:

Facilitate monthly meetings focused on the integration of plans, design, installation and accreditation of security, communications and technology systems with key members of the 379th/380th Expeditionary Communications Squadrons (ECS), 379th/380th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadrons (ESFS), Designated Personnel at 9AF (AFCENT) A6, and the designated U.S. lead for electronic security systems (e.g. USACE ESC or NWICS). Coordinate with Air Force C4I planners, programmers and technicians (organic or contractors) to ensure scheduled work is integrated into the overall program. Include cybersecurity integration, physical and electronic security requirements and measures. Capture results of these discussions, to include known risks, issues and recommended courses of action in meeting minutes and provide to the AFCENT PMO and applicable stakeholders within two (2) business days. Manage issues through resolution and document finalized outcomes in subsequent meeting minutes, due within required amount of time as specified by AFCENT PMO uniformed staff. Collect physical and technical requirements for the design, construction and fit-out of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities/Special Access Program Facilities (SCIF/SAPF). Involve the AFCENT PMO, US DCA, Information System Security Officer (ISSO), Site Security Manager (SSM) and projected end users at AUAB and ADAB. Coordinate project designs and all construction activities to ensure successful accreditation by U.S. certifying entities in accordance with ICD 705, Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of SCIF and full operational capability status. Develop and manage a Cybersecurity Assurance Plan that fully integrates cybersecurity elements into the design and construction phases of the program. Maintain situational awareness on evolving US/DoD/Air Force cybersecurity requirements. Ensure the AFCENT PMO, US DCA and major U.S./Host Nation stakeholders are apprised of changes in the U.S. cybersecurity approach or issues that present a cybersecurity risk to the U.S. Consult DOD 8570 Level 2 IA cybersecurity manager to ensure cybersecurity requirements are being accounted for by the Host Nation, ISSO and end user SSM.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience
