Candidate must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Illinois. Licensure in WI, MI or IN also preferred.

Position Description:

As a member of Chubb’s Chicago House Counsel office, this attorney will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and litigating subrogation claims for the Chubb Recovery Unit and Eastern Claims Service Center in State and Federal Courts in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Missouri, Iowa and Minnesota. . Specific duties will include trial work, conducting and prosecuting depositions and engaging in other pre-trial discovery, drafting pleadings, engaging in motion practice, researching, negotiating settlements, generating reports and evaluations on assigned cases.
