Qualified candidates are responsible for providing administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and leadership. The selected candidate well be reliable, detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and team oriented with a professional demeanor. Excellent computer skills, organization, communication skills, initiative, and an affinity for working in a team environment are essential. Attention to detail, flexibility, follow up, punctuality, the ability to multi task and a strong work ethic are also required. Knowledge of MS Office software and ability to learn software applications is needed. Job duties include reception area/phone responsibilities, processing mail, new file openings & file closings, ordering/downloading records, data entry, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
