Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**JOB DESCRIPTION:** SAVA is seeking a candidate to perform Document Management Technician duties for The United States Attorney Office in the District of Tucson, Arizona. The USAO requires support to include clerical and administrative functions, as well as receptionist activities.**Minimum Requiremen** **ts:**+ Performs receptionist activities such as taking calls, recording messages, notifying staff of visitors, maintaining access log of visitors, issuing. badges and controlling access to the facility.+ Performs simple typing assignments using word processing equipment.+ Assist is copying scanning and faxing documents; assists in organizing, naming and numbering electronic and hard copy case materials.+ Assembles/disassembles documents as required, taking care to ensure that original documents are reassembled exactly to their original state.+ Assists legal support staff in developing exhibits, compiling notebooks, including pulling file copies of documents, tabbing binders, numbering, binding, labeling, and re-filing documents.+ Assists with accurate data entry into various systems.+ Assists office personnel with file management including creating and purging case files.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Ability to perform detailed work consistently, accurately, and under pressure.+ 1-2 years of experience receiving telephone calls and visitors to an office environment. Additionally, have experience with access control, notifying staff members of visitors or incoming phone calls; takes messages from, and gives messages to visitors and callers when staff members are unavailable;+ 1-2 years of experience with accurate data entry into various legal and financial systems with minimal errors.+ At least 2 year of experience with file management to include creating and purging closed case files of extraneous and inappropriate materials and tags, separates or compiles materials to be purged later according to office policies and procedures.+ Must be able to read and follow instructions. Must be able to understand task, task objectives, and the context of the task in the litigation support effort as a whole.+ Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to ask questions when necessary to complete task correctly (e.g. where instructions are not explicit or appear to be contrary to the task objective). Must have typing/keyboarding skills and good communication skills.+ Must be knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications systems.+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.+ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.**Desired Qualifications:**+ Must be able to obtain Minimum Background Clearance.+ Undergraduate degree preferred.
