AAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).<br><br><br> Job Purpose: <br>As the Strategic Account Manager, RLT, you will be responsible for the account management for the Neuroendocrine Tumor (NET) and Prostate Cancer product portfolio within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for ensuring customer stakeholder relationship management, coordination, and demand pull-through within RLT treatment accounts in collaboration with Oncology Sales Spe-cialists (OS), Diagnostic Account Specialists (DAS), Radioligand Therapy Specialists (RTS) and other internal cross-functional partners in support of the AAA portfolio. <br><br>A successful Strategic Account Manager will be results driven, relationship leading, innovative, col-laborative, and possess and demonstrate strong project management skills. <br><br>The SAM will be required to support the following territory Kentucky, Indiana (lower), Cincinnati. East Tennessee - (minor changes may occur as territories may be adjusted over time). The role will require overnight travel up to 40% of the time. This is a field-based position.<br><br><br>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<br>• Provide expert insight and analysis into the local/regional market healthcare delivery with strong operational acumen.<br>• Demonstrate proactive leadership with field team to plan and execute on strategic selling opportunities. Knows and understands the various dynamics of the healthcare environment and how these impact the territory. <br>• Optimize relationships and provide dedicated Account coverage, with emphasis on priority accounts.<br>• Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers. Engage Nuclear Medicine stakeholders and other operational and strategic account stakeholders.<br>• Assists the DNA in contract and rebate discussions with the target account. Once contract is in place, the SAM will deliver and will serve as the knowledge holder for the account. <br>• Accountable for the assigned account business and deliver business goals and objectives in line with AAA brands.<br>• Sustain long-term customer relationships including executive leadership with assigned Ac-counts, based on understanding of the customer organization, structure, business strategy and priorities.<br>• Identify opportunities to introduce, if appropriate, forums, programs and alliances for Ac-count customers, prescribers, Nuclear Med Physicians, nursing personnel etc.<br>• Proactively develop and deliver RLT execution strategies to activate customers operational-ly.<br><br>This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.
