This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 07:00am – 05:00pm CST.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of client issues, driving quick and lasting resolution
  • Consistently meets and exceeds expectations of internal and external clients
  • Uses good judgment, integrity, confidentiality and professional conduct at all times. Respond in a manner that maintains trust and credibility.
  • Actively participates in client conversations and presentations, ask probing questions, and collaborate with SAE and manager on solutions
  • Collaborates as part of an internal service team encompassing SAEs and applicable functional areas

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of progressive health services, disease management or related experience, with an intermediate understanding of the health insurance industry
  • 2+ years of client services or related experience (Account Managers, Implementation Managers)
  • Current proficiency with Microsoft Word (create documentation) and Microsoft Excel (filter and sort data)
  • Experience providing customer service

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skills:

  • Experience applying critical thinking skills

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $26.15 - $46.63. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada / New York City residents is $28.85 - $51.30.
