Eaton’s division is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. The Mission Systems Division is a leader in design, manufacturing, and testing of high precision aerospace components including filament wound pressure vessels and structures. This position is located at our Westminster, MD facility. The Westminster facility is a satellite plant associated with the Orchard Park, NY site. The Pressure Technology Solutions product line is housed completley at our Westminster location, which is one of six product lines we manufacture between our NY and MD locations.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $65250.0 - $95700.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the Maintenance team and facility to ensure production needs and facility plans are met. They will Support cell 5S efforts,and provide leadership to the team.

• Schedule, prioritize, and level load PM and Demand Work Orders in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (HIPPO)

• Monitor team output and drive improvements in timeliness and quality of completed work orders

• Responsible for off-shift security & fire systems and production issues

• To create, promote, and enforce safety policies

• Ensure the training of new team members, and to maintain the accuracy of the training matrix

• Participate in SQDIP meetings

• Maintain performance management KPI’s and drive Continuous Improvement activities on a daily basis

• Responsible for ensuring that Environmental, Health, and Safety are included as part of everyday activities

• Minimum of 20% of this positions’ time shall be spent on the production floor conducting maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED

• 5+ year's of maintenance experience

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee or Refugee.

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in a Technical field of study or Associates degree in a technical field of study with a minimum of 2 years of Facility Management experience.

• Composites Manufacturing experience preferred

• Superior ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and process related issues

• Knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office systems

• Skilled in: organization, communication, leadership, coaching, personal computing, capacity management.

• Experience leading and educating maintenance teams and employees throughout a facility to deal with frequent changes, delays, and unexpected issues to meet customer demands.

• Familiarity and experience of HVAC, electrical, high pressure pneumatic systems (including gaseous and liquid Oxygen systems) building and grounds, and maintenance and equipment repair

• Knowledge of various Federal, State, County and Local codes and regulations involving construction, environment, fire, safety, sanitation, and recycling.
