Position Overview

As a Global SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) Leader at Eaton, you will report directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and be responsible for developing and executing a global SIOP strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives and supports revenue growth and profitability. You will play a pivotal role in harmonizing SIOP processes, optimizing global operations, and ensuring the organization can respond effectively to market dynamics across various regions. In this highly visible role, you will set the strategic direction of SIOP, driving cross-functional collaboration while leading continuous improvement efforts throughout the global enterprise.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Establish SIOP governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures across all regions and business units.
  • Lead the Global SIOP council to build Eaton's SIOP Maturity & Effectiveness Roadmap including people, culture, process and systems.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment among regional SIOP teams, business units, and corporate functions to ensure a unified SIOP process.
  • Act as a global ambassador for SIOP, promoting its importance and benefits throughout the organization.
  • Oversee overall process execution for intra/inter-region SIOP reviews and material demand / supply, partnering with key stakeholders: business / divisional SCM and Operations leads across regions and businesses.
  • Develop strategies for harmonizing demand planning processes across diverse markets.
  • Establish global SIOP performance metrics and KPIs, regularly monitoring and reporting on SIOP performance to executive leadership.
  • Proactively identify and assess risks related to supply chain disruptions, demand fluctuations, and geopolitical factors, developing contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead global SIOP process improvement initiatives, driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, end-to-end metrics, organization design, and emerging technologies to enhance global SIOP capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years SIOP leadership experience for a multinational, dynamic industry leader in a comparable size/scope role.
  • Record of accomplishment in development and execution of SIOP strategy on a global scale.
  • In-depth knowledge of global supply chain management, international logistics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Deep understanding of P&L along with working capital management
  • Proficiency in SIOP software and advanced data analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $195,000.03 - $286,000.04 a year.
