Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a National Account Manager. This role is located in Mooresville, NC and offers a hybrid work schedule.

The National Account Manager is responsible for the preparation and achievement of annual sales budgets and for aligning sales organization for maximum effectiveness.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $106731.0 - $156538.8 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

  • Direct all sales activities for the achievement of short, and long-term, business objectives, increased profit and market share for the Lowe’s retail account.
  • Prepare and achieve annual sales budgets agreed upon by the senior executive team.
  • Facilitate, develop and execute the Lowe’s retail strategic plan (playbook) throughout the sales and cross-functional teams that support the Lowe’s retail channel, including in-store and online.
  • Provide external intelligence and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in the development of new product roadmaps, pricing, and marketing strategies – identifying gaps in the current product offerings and leading Eaton teams to identify and implement innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Leverage the Product Management team to identify market trends and growth opportunities to drive customer behavior and profitability.
  • Proactively prepare regular business reviews and participate in account line reviews.
  • Build a trusting and professional relationship with Lowe’s, meeting with them regularly to ensure all aspects of the account is exceeding expectations and maintain high vendor satisfaction ratings according to their outlined service/performance metrics.
  • Report to senior management on the status of the Lowe’s account, including but not limited to meeting profit plan, orders and invoicing status, monitoring deductions and rebates, tracking budget spend and promotional activities.
  • Ongoing collaboration with Supply Chain to align sales/event forecast with production planning.
  • Maintain key customer scorecards/metrics and facilitate improvement plans when needed.
  • Coordinate with Marketing department to set and implement strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Five (5) years of experience in strategic retail account management roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and within the future without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Business Management, or related field, from an accredited institution.

Skills:

  • High level of retail financial acumen, sales metrics, performance measures and indicators.
  • Excellent client-relation skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and presentations skills.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical capabilities and high learning agility.
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional engagement both internally & externally
