And most importantly, where you’re surrounded by people who share your determination to tackle the world’s toughest medical challenges. <br><br>The Associate Director will be responsible for owning all aspects of the data and software quality insurance process and support the Real-World Evidence & Medical Intelligence analytic product development. These products operationalize data and analytics and span rigorous research protocol projects to interactive software applications that support Health Economics & Outcomes Research, Medical Access, and Population Health pivotal initiatives focused on improving patient access and optimizing clinical care. <br><br>The Data & Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will be a critical team member and work intimately with the Analytic product Development team (Researchers, Data Engineering, and Statistical Learning teams).<br><br><b>YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b> <br>- Own the test development process (end to end) across all Information Products and play the role of test engineer: design, develop, and implement automated and manual tests. Foster a philosophy of continuous improvement within the development team.<br><br>- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, and provide timely feedback.<br><br>- Support, specify and execute data/functional/no-functional verification & validation tasks<br><br>- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Prioritize and execute test plans including regression testing. Apply your keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence and discipline to deliver timely test execution.<br><br>- Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.<br><br>- Create the testing infrastructure and strategy by supporting and controlling all relevant testing procedures. Lead the collaborative design, development and support of all testing infrastructures and technology.<br><br><i> Our selection process will prioritize associates from the current Innovative Medicines division, whose positions may be changing or impacted. This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position. </i><br><br>This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.
