We’d love to hear from you. <br><br>One of the most important functions in today’s pharmaceutical industry is patient services. As ease of accessing HCP prescribed medications has become more difficult, the ability of Pharma to build, design, implement, and run dynamic end-to-end patient support offerings has become absolutely critical to a patient’s success. <br><br>The Associate Director, PSS Program Insights and Analytics will lead a team of analysts directly supporting the PSS disease area teams and their corresponding Integrated Product Strategy Teams (IPSTs). <br><br>This individual will work closely with our PSS leaders and will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations with analytics solutions to enable oversight and management of PSS programs. To do this successfully, this individual will develop the analytics vision and roadmap and help build an insights obsessed team that integrates actionable data to inform a cross-functional team and improve patient support. This individual and their team members will be members of PSS Core Program Teams (CPTs), and will partner closely with various cross-functional teams including Patient Support Center, Product, Innovation, Launch Excellence, finance, and market access.<br><br>We are Novartis. <br>Join us and help reimagine medicine! <br><br><i>This position will be located at East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position may require up to 20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international). Please note that this role would not provide relocation assistance/support.</i><br><br><b>What will you be responsible for ? </b> <br>• Strong understanding of patient access and reimbursement operations, including patient onboarding, co-pay, adherence and reimbursement services <br>• Oversee the implementation of analytics for PSS disease-area CPTs that delivers reporting and analytics solutions for all stakeholders <br>• Deliver operational metrics, KPIs and power stats in partnership with the PSS Disease-Area teams, and oversee the development of operations dashboards that provides visibility into performance <br>• Support decision making via a disciplined, hypothesis-driven approach and shape the findings into leadership presentations highlighting key actions <br>• Support operational effectiveness by creating root-cause analysis into programs and summarizing recommendations for PSS and Disease-Area leadership <br>• Manage data vendor teams and analytics staff for timely delivery of reporting and analytics <br><br>[#video#{#400,300#}#/video#]
