AAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).<br><br>The Director, RLT (Radioligand Therapy) Planning & Execution will lead the development and execution of platforms and processes in support of the RLT field organization (Sales Force, Strategic Account Management and Marketing teams) in all activities, (i.e. territory and account tactical plans, planning/budgeting and execution for National/Regional conferences and field meetings). Ensures design and pull-through of tools and resources to meet field needs. Ideates, designs and drives development and execution of clinical & non-clinical field tactics. Tracks customer impact and identifies new opportunities across sales and market access. Supports field communications to senior leaders.<br><br>Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<br>Field Sales Strategy & Operations:<br>• Work with Sales leadership in defining and implementing strategic initiatives that support Strategic Plans, with focus on cross-brand and cross-functional coordination and identification of bold, innovative initiatives.<br>• Work directly with Field Leadership to template, align and consolidate Region and Area business/market plans; identify and implement regional/national business opportunities.<br>• Partner with Field leadership and Field Force Operations (FFO) business partners on key deliverables and communications for the platform (e.g. incentive compensation planning and alignment, mapping, field reporting and analytics, targeting and alignments, training initiatives, launch readiness, meetings and events, etc.) and routinely work with internal support functions including Digital Strategy Team, IT, oMAP to support 'Above Brand' deliverables.<br>• Co-lead planning, execution and budget management of National/Regional sales and marketing meetings (1H, 2H) and annual Field Preceptorship Program.<br>• Lead the planning, execution, and follow up for the quarterly sales field force virtual meetings.<br>• Support Team with the planning, development and execution of NET and Prostate Franchise meetings and pull-through efforts.<br>• Assist Sales Leadership with internal communication and communication platforms (e.g. week-ly/monthly communication efforts, SharePoint site management, Town Halls, etc.).
