With a strong medicines pipeline our current transformation will not just deliver growth for our business but continue to allow us to bring innovative medicines to patients quickly.<br><br>The Associate Director, Curriculum Design is responsible for developing patient support capability and the development and execution of training plans for assigned product areas and/or key product launches. They will be creating learning objectives and training curriculum for the Patient & Specialty Services Patient Support Center (Customer Engagement Center). Make recommendations to the Patient Support Center teams in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning solutions.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<br><br>Strategy/Objectives<br>• Develop the strategy and operational plans to support the learning objectives specific to each role and proficiency level within the PSC team <br>• Partner with each key stakeholder (i.e. PSC leadership, Product, Vendor Management, Launch Ex) to understand and develop comprehensive training content including training outlines, calendar and scheduling , and development of training materials <br>• Identify and execute pull through opportunities for curriculum that accommodates progressive learning of fundamentals through thought leadership allowing each role to master learning objectives measuring<br>• Ongoing analysis of business outcomes to determine retraining, up skilling and other ad hoc training needs by role <br>• Ensure quality delivery of training through a variety of tactics (live and virtual facilitation, Train the Trainers, Peer-based teaching, guided practice sessions, etc) and technologies<br><br>Execution<br>• Lead the development and execution of system and non-system curriculum for assigned brand(s) and /or key product launches. <br>Timely integration of compliance updates including but not limited to: the reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt<br>• Ensure all materials (live, online, testing, etc) are approved & compliant consistent with Novartis policies<br>• Must be able to effectively respond to changes in brand labelling, new indications, program changes (copay, FTO, etc.)<br>• Maintain and update curriculum timely and as appropriate<br>• Manage assessment, simulation and certification scenarios and alignment with learning objectives for both system and non-system requirements.<br><br>Collaborate<br>• Regularly provides recommendations & aligns with brand and franchise leadership to drive cross functional development, execution and delivery of priority product training plans<br>• Collaborate with HQ Training, external vendors, internal subject matter experts [SMEs], and key Operations leads in the development of training materials that reflect the needs of the brand and evolving landscape and legal /regulatory requirements<br>• Ensure cross-functional input is integrated & aligned in the strategy, tactics, and investments of the plan<br>• Conduct on-going needs analysis (customer feedback, field interactions, SMEs, etc) and leverage results to make recommendations, inform, and adjust training strategy and curriculum as needed<br><br>Our selection process will prioritize US-based associates whose roles may be changing or may be impacted as a result of the Transforming for Growth reorganization. This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position.<br><br>This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result.
