With a strong medicines pipeline our current transformation will not just deliver growth for our business but continue to allow us to bring innovative medicines to patients quickly.<br><br>The role of the AD, PSS Enterprise Design is to create content that is used to educate and deliver PSS reimbursement, financial support, treatment initiation and adherence programs that enable HCPs and patients to start-and-stay on Novartis therapy. This will be done utilizing enterprise language for content template creation the AD will lead through our legal review and approval process. The AD will also contribute to ongoing enterprise PSS language harmonization and will ensure content template creation follows PSS Enterprise design standards and will be entered into a content knowledge management system by retail, specialty or buy-and-bill archetypes. All contributing to the creation and marketing of a PSS enterprise brand that represents this critical HCP and patient value and measures our impact on Novar-tis US trust-and-value.<br><br>This role requires a highly focused person to work and develop content that aligns to PSS enterprise brand principles and multiple PSS Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, Product Teams, Product Strategy, Customer Engagement Center, Marketing, Customer Engagement (Sales), Ethics, Compliance and Legal.<br><br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br>• Build sustainable and PSS content templates that enhance NVS reputational measures and meet KPIs by:<br><br>o Development of harmonized content / templates of PSS operational materials as well as PSS content for reference in promotional and adherence materials<br>o Contribute and follow PSS Enterprise Pharma Brand design standards, with appropriate approvals, guidelines, playbooks etc.<br>o Loading and building the inventory of our PSS content management library solution<br>o Manage third-party agency relationships and deliverables<br>o Expertise with approval and governance processes (e.g., MAP/FUSE/Novartis Branding)<br><br>Our selection process will prioritize US-based associates whose roles may be changing or may be impacted as a result of the Transforming for Growth reorganization. This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position.<br><br>This position will be located at the East Hanover site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
