766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.<br>The Director Clinical and Value Evidence Liaison (CVL) is expected to demonstrate expertise in therapeutics, value and outcomes research as well as a deep understanding of US healthcare market dynamics. The CVL should be an agile learner that is able to share clinical (safety and efficacy), outcomes and value evidence with a variety of population health decision makers, including payers and other stakeholders, across a range of products and indications. In addition, the CVL will be able to discuss the oncology pipeline. The CVL will engage in a variety of conversations with key partners including, but not limited to, clinical trial data, health care economic information, evidence insights, unsolicited requests, disease state and adverse event education, emerging data and pipeline discussions all while functioning within the Novartis Code of Conduct, Ethics/Compliance policies and Working Practice documents. The CVL will create and maintain strategic account plans for each core customer. These account plans should account for local market influences and key strategies of the customer.<br>Job responsibilities will include:<br>• Create strategic account management plans for core customers, often engaging a variety of partners within one organization to appropriately share clinical, outcomes and value evidence; these account plans will be discussed with OFM leadership.<br>• Establish and build relationships with population health decision makers.<br>• Engage in consistent and routine conversations with all assigned customers around clinical, outcomes and value evidence.<br>• Serve as a scientific liaison to the population health and managed markets communities.<br>• Identify emerging population health decision makers and groups as the healthcare market evolves.<br>• Ensure the appropriate dissemination of clinical, outcomes and value evidence for both marketed and pipeline compounds in an ethical and timely manner, ensuring alignment with overall customer account plan.<br>• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Oncology Field Medical and other groups to support a consistent and customer-centric approach.<br>• Provide the latest data in response to specific healthcare professional inquiries or support the most appropriate connection between the customer and Novartis personnel.<br>
