With a strong medicines pipeline our current transformation will not just deliver growth for our business but continue to allow us to bring innovative medicines to patients quickly.<br><br>Reporting to Director, Core Data Enablement, this position will be responsible to work on Core Data Enablement initiatives across IM US to enable access to accurate, timely and complete data for consumption by various teams such as Analytics & Reporting Data Solutions, other Data enablement teams and Downstream consumers<br><br><b>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </b><br>• Responsible for data enablement and onboarding of commercial data across IM US Data products for assigned subject areas<br>• Support and enable Core data sets such as CRM, Master/ Reference Data, Retail & Non-Retail, Market Access data, Sales & Marketing, etc.<br>• Product Owner responsible for product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog grooming, reviewing and approving test cases and leading cross functional product teams <br>• End to End data automation to support the needs of analytical uses cases for diverse user community such as Customer Engagement, Field Force Operations, Integrated Insights, Enterprise Analytics, Integrated Product Organizations<br>• Manage Data Operations and ensure appropriate data quality rules are in place to provision the data of with trusted data quality<br>• Collaborate with Commercial, Analytics and IT teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders <br>• Lead enablement of data sets across the product life cycle including brand launches<br>• Act as a liaison for specific brand analytics teams to ensure successful enablement of core data sets<br><br><i>The location for this role is our East Hanover site. Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position may require up to 20% travel. This is a US based position.
