Work with us to utilize the purpose, power and people of Novartis to benefit society, creating healthier communities throughout the US. <br><br>The Novartis US Philanthropy team is looking for an experienced professional who develops, advises, and oversees the creation and execution of strategy and related activities in support of the US Corporate Responsibility objectives, in accordance with relevant legal and compliance policies.<br><br>What you will be doing: <br><br>Foundation Grant Management:<br>•Design and conduct research for grant making environment for areas of focus<br>•Respond to and monitor grant inquiries<br>•Report and present grant activity summary to leadership team/board <br>•Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency of strategy across Novartis ESG community<br>•Represent the foundation to other foundations, philanthropic support organizations, and grantees<br><br>Promotion of Philanthropy and External Relations:<br>•Build relationships with current partners and support expansion as appropriate including interactions with current Beacon of Hope partners<br>•Work with Internal stakeholders to support activities receiving corporate responsibility funding (e.g. internships, community interactions, public relations)<br><br>Board Governance<br>•Lead agenda preparation and content for Foundation Board Meetings<br>•Record, construct, and maintain official records of minutes and governing documents<br><br>Corporate Responsibility <br>•Lead building of technical infrastructure and support Employee volunteer opportunities <br><br>This position can be based out of our East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge MA campus. <br><br>[#video#https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggbnzRY9z8w{#400,300#}#/video#]
