***This position can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.*** About the Role: As a Manager Service Delivery Project Management (VOIP PM Team, OfficeSuite Product), you will work with a vital team providing supervision and leadership of Kinetic Business Project Managers. The duties include monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly performance for quality and performance adherence, responding to customer escalations, weekly one-on-one’s with direct reports, and calibration sessions to improve quality and center performance metrics. This manager will be responsible for overseeing and progressing the OfficeSuite VOIP projects.
