Consulting Marketing - Lead Management & Privacy Associate (Enabling Analyst)

This dynamic organization has a position for a Lead Management & Privacy Associate who will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and technology to help manage our lead management and privacy capabilities.

Work You'll Do

  • Help facilitate lead management process, including list scrubbing and uploads, ensuring process is completed compliantly and according to best practices
  • Work with campaign teams, marketing, and sales, to facilitate end-to-end and ongoing lead management and privacy QA throughout campaign lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of leads
  • Work with Marketing Operations to optimize existing lead management and privacy processes based on established best practices
  • Work with Marketing Operations, Data Integrity, and Sales, to ensure proper tagging of leads within Salesforce CRM
  • Support feedback loops between Marketing and Sales to improve quality and quantity of leads
  • Consult marketing and sales teams on data privacy rules and best practices throughout campaign lifecycle
  • Contribute process and system improvement ideas and business requirements to technology teams based on campaign learnings and pain points

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Highly organized, demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on excellence in work product delivery
  • Strong team player who can build and maintain strong relationships across a matrixed organization
  • Strong ability to direct and handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities

  • Experience working with Adobe Workfront
  • Experience working with Oracle Eloqua
  • Prior exposure and experience working within CRM systems, Salesforce experience is a strong plus
  • Prior exposure to GDPR and privacy laws and regulations
  • Experience with campaign reporting and analytics
