Warehouse Management Systems Manager

What Will You Do?

You will have operational responsibility for all the Warehouse Advantage (WA) applications on the HighJump software platform and any other Supply Chain Execution (SCE) software used in distribution center operations. Work directly with the distribution center management team to troubleshoot problems or issues that arise from the systems, identify enhancements for the systems and apply continuous improvement philosophy to improve the overall workflow efficiency and standardization within the distribution center. Responsible for the onboarding of all new system developments and requirements for each new wholesale and/or retail distribution center. This position will manage the Supply Chain Execution software development of activities of several medium to large-sized distribution centers ranging in size from 500,000 to 1.5 million square feet with total employees ranging from 1000-4000.

What Do You Need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required

  • 5 years’ experience managing Supply Chain Execution software platforms for a large company, Required

  • Lean/Six Sigma basic certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year

  • Detailed understanding of logistics processes and techniques

  • Knowledge of warehouse management system software

  • Developing, implementing and testing business plans and goals

  • Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies
