Primary Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive and support the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive multi-year integration strategy for the business
    • Responsible for oversight and direction of website integration strategy in partnership with, Account Management Team, Optum Enterprise Marketing Capabilities (EMC) and business partners - national and local (marketers)
    • Act as a strategic partner and go-to for the businesses, providing guidance on best-practices and strategic oversight for the integration program
    • Prepare and present executive presentations for given portfolio of work
    • Make strategic recommendations to business partners - guide decision-making based on data and analysis
    • Conduct testing and quality assurance
    • Ensure the website meets all standards and requirements including brand, regulatory, accessibility, platform standards and overall web best practices
    • Ensure all website content meets standards for health literacy, Optum style and health equity goals
    • Provide project management and coordination support for complex cross functional strategic initiatives and related activities, including scheduling key meetings, capturing detailed notes and action items, documenting key decisions, coordinating follow-ups and next steps, sending out communications, and organizing information and files
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently across multiple stakeholder groups
    • Provide weekly or bi-weekly status on progress, risks and issues
    • Escalate risks and issues to leadership as appropriate
    • Conduct change management activities with marketing and business partners to ensure alignment
    • Gather content, technical, and functional requirements
    • Serve as an escalation point; troubleshooting issues and removing roadblocks to ensure the success of the team, projects, products, and strategies
    • Work collaboratively with directors across the broader OHD team and align across the organization
    • Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
    • Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Possess high EQ and culture and inclusivity mindset
  • Be an excellent communicator with executive presence
  • Possess a calm, collaborative, respectful and in-control demeanor as the digital experts/consultants across Optum Care
  • Be a collaborative partner, both internally with cross-functional partners such as Digital Marketing Experiences (DMX) and OHD team members (writers, coordinators, project managers), and externally with CDO partners
  • Be extremely comfortable being client facing, acting as the main point of contact for business owners/marketers from each care delivery organization (CDO) who are responsible for digital presence
  • Bring customer-centric approach, focused on the needs of the intended audience and their journey while balancing the goals of the business; lend expertise in industry trends and emerging best practices
  • Be able to think and provide solutions that are ‘outside of the box’ - OHD gets faced with new challenges daily
  • Listen deeply, seek to understand business goals, ask and probe with questions and be comfortable pushing back if clients have not provided enough information
  • Ideally have an understanding of overall Optum Care business line and each market’s audience, customer journeys, marketing plans, business objectives and strategic priorities to bring content to life on the website
  • Partner with the business to prioritize requests to ensure resources are available and needs are met by all teams
  • Possess and display technical website acumen; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform experience is a plus
  • Be able to leverage in-depth knowledge of Optum DMP componentry and templates, design patterns and standards
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of Workfront and the associated enterprise and OHD processes that are managed within the tool
  • Be extremely detail oriented and organized as well as resourceful. Seek answers to questions, do the work to ensure your own learning - stay curious. The only thing constant is change
  • Be an effective decision maker, adaptable and be flexible - ability to deal with ambiguity and move things forward
  • Add value and pitch in to help others across the team when needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of complex program management/project management experience; can drive from insight to ideation to execution, manage multiple projects at once, and re-prioritize as needed
  • Experience managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical website acumen and experience directing website updates, integrations and/or builds
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Workfront
  • Understanding of modern digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices for digital engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills - detailed oriented
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
