AAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).<br><br>As the Director National Accounts, Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Account Management- Central- Remote, you’ll lead the Strategic Account Management (SAM) across assigned geographies to catalyse and enable accounts to treat with AAA Radioligand Therapies and Diagnostics. You will also be the lead Account Manager for select top national accounts in your region.<br><br>Your functional teams are focused on account management of our treatment sites in hospital and community settings, across two franchises, Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET) and Prostate cancer, under an innovative targeted RLT platform. You will successfully lead the execution of approved and new product launches and change initiatives through the design/implementation of regional, and local business strategies and the management of resources across various functions in support of your team. Your teams will focus on increasing operational efficiency and stakeholder coordination within RLT diagnostic and treatment accounts and identify new treatment account potential.<br><br>As the Director National Accounts and RD, RLT, your region will include the following: Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kansas, Indiana and the surrounding area. This is a remote role and the person should live in the geography that the role covers or in adjacent state. <br><br>General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<br>• Build, lead, manage, and inspire a high performing, regional Strategic Account Management and Diagnostic Account Specialist teams and ensure optimal allocation of resources while meeting operational goals, and achieving sales volume and market share targets. <br>• Be the lead Account Manager for select top national accounts in your region.<br>• Develop, grow, and manage key customer relationships within target customer accounts across healthcare professionals, oncology service line managers, C-suite, practice managers, pharmacy managers, and nuclear medicine technologists that will increase and expand operational efficiency and strengthen our partnerships. <br>• Develop strategies and facilitate the implementation of comprehensive geographic market plans for AAA diagnostics and therapies designed to focus on priority customers and capitalize on high value business opportunities. <br>• Serve as the lead in all RLT platform discussions and strategy in your region. Develop, implement, and supervise account business plans and critical metrics for new business and contracted accounts and provide regular reports to senior leadership on performance, including further growth opportunities.<br>• Build and execute a national account strategic plan aligned to the AAA portfolio and commercial strategies for the Radioligand Therapy (RLT) platform; optimize existing business contracts and relationships and identify new opportunities in support of commercial growth for AAA products.<br>• Coach SAMs to ensure they drive effective account planning and management processes by leading the development and implementation of account plans with a cross-functional team approach, using sound account strategies and tactics, with effective allocation of resources.<br><br>Roger Estafanos, Executive Director, Value & Access shares his thoughts on Advanced Accelerator Applications. <br><br>[#video#[#video#[#video#[#video#•{#400,300#}#/video#]{#400,300#}#/video#]{#400,300#}#/video#]{#400,300#}#/video#]
