Education and qualifications:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in scientific field.

  • 0-2 years’ experience preferred.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

  • Ability to work with direct supervision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection of miscellaneous and single-use system materials.

  • Perform inspection using basic inspection tools and techniques.

  • Follow procedures, with strict adherence to cGMP documentation requirements.

  • Complete all work assigned in a timely manner.

  • Work and communicate effectively within the team to ensure timelines are met.

  • Reports all identified problems to designated senior personnel.

  • Complete review of documents and other analysts’ inspections.

  • Review all inspections in accordance with applicable procedures and cGMP requirements.

  • Apply technical knowledge and abilities to ensure all inspections are performed in a compliant manner.

  • Complete all review in accordance with required release timelines.

  • Communicate effectively with peers, and demonstrate teamwork, with regards to results of review and

  • corrections required.

  • Perform required cleaning of sampling and inspection areas.

  • Perform cleaning per appropriate procedures using appropriate techniques.

  • Document in accordance with cGMP requirements.

  • Participate in housekeeping performance and audits.

  • Perform housekeeping on a regular schedule.

  • Communicate effectively with management and coworkers regarding housekeeping needs.

  • Review status of supplies to ensure items are ordered as needed.

  • Participate in inventory audits to keep the areas stocked.

  • Place orders, per management approval.

  • Communicate effectively with management and coworkers regarding supply needs.
