THE OPPORTUNITY

Cluster Risk Management Officer

Description

You are a risk management professional with strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behavior and be able to assess and provide mitigation on identified business integrity risks. As a strong business partner to SEA Marketing and Commercial Operations team, your strength lies in your ability to help enable the commercial and marketing operations team execute the business strategies within the Organon’s business compliance framework and while also developing sustainable compliance programs.

Key areas of responsibilities:

Reporting to the Business Practice Lead, South, East and South-East Asia Cluster, your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Business partnering: Proactively partnering with Marketing & Commercial Operations Team in providing operational guidance within the Organon’s code of conduct and business policies to ensure strategies are executed within the business compliance framework.
  • Compliance programs and policies: Operationalizing the OGN compliance programs and policies (related to FCPA, Privacy etc) within the SEA marketing and commercial operations and digital initiative activities.
  • Oversight & Monitoring: Review of compliance KPI, regular self-review and reporting; identifying sustainable mitigation plan for any outliers,
  • Compliance initiatives and projects: Support the SEA Business Practice Lead and SEA Cluster Leadership team in working on new compliance initiatives, also designing new control and monitoring measures, for new business activities and practices or SEA cluster practices standardization,
  • Manage implementation of changes, conduct review sessions with stakeholders, communicate & train (or support training by subject matter experts) on new and revised policies, processes and procedures, document training,
  • Investigation: support in internal investigations (when called upon), including data analysis, document review and reporting of observations to Legal & Compliance,
  • Support SEA Cluster management for Audit and Risk Assessment processes
