Associate Director, Knowledge Management
The Associate Director in Knowledge Management (part of Human Health Data Digital & Analytics organization), will oversee the end-to-end management of our global knowledge insight repository, system of record, OneSearch. The role is accountable for the project management, day-to-day operations, training/consultation, development of OneSearch & the activation of data assets within.
Increasing the knowledge, awareness, dissemination, utilization, and insight creation.
Key responsibilities include:
Management and development of the knowledge “Insights” platform (OneSearch)
Management of OneSearch data assets; ranging from vendor partnerships/collaborations, ingestion criteria, search optimization, and innovative solutions. Data assets include primary market research, syndicated market research assets, conference abstracts, external perspectives, journals, news, etc.
Management of OneSearch taxonomies and corresponding vendor metadata rules for ingestion and searching
Management & development of curated content dashboards
Collaborate with the global data strategies teams to conduct current landscape and roadmap assessment of syndicated market research vendors and their offerings to fill gaps identified by global data strategy guides
Data stewardship and consultation for syndicated market research data assets.
Data enablement of the OneSearch platforms and data assets within, including use case value realization
Platform administration, training, management of day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance access and usage of data within
Cross functional partnerships with HHDDA teams, commercial teams, internal IT partners and vendor partners
Qualifications:
Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail
Comprehension of the therapeutic areas in which our company strives and healthcare environment
Strong influencing skills, an ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity
Strategic alignment with the multiple stakeholders including data strategy, contracting, data enablement, compliance & governance, procurement, IT, commercial analytic services, primary market research and other commercial areas such as marketing, business development, strategic planning, Animal Health, as well as countries/regional stakeholders.
Strong communication, storytelling, new ways of working, and influence skills
Education:
BA/BS in Business Administration
Knowledge:
3-5 years of working knowledge in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Sales, or Analytics
