We are seeking an energetic, team-oriented professional to join our Information Technology group in our IT Risk Management and Security (ITRMS) organization.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Domain Management service. The Domain Management Service capabilities include domain acquisitions, domain transfers from non-Company owned entities, domain redirects, bulk domain changes, and domain retirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of this global Company service, including the development of service roadmaps & service capabilities. The Domain Management service lead is responsible for enabling seamless processes to facilitate web domain ownership for our customers to avoid delay of new domain acquisition or domain changes, insuring overall risk is mitigated and adherence to compliance is seamless within the process. The successful candidate will be interacting with clients (Web domain owners) and stakeholders across business lines to understand their business needs. The individual will be working within the product operating model adopted by the Cyber Security value team, insuring exceptional user experience, simplified processes and a focus on service delivery & repeatable best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage service capabilities and prioritize enhancements as per business needs

  • Ensure process is efficient, and complaint with our Company’s security & compliance policies

  • Develop and maintain processes to deliver exceptional user experience.

  • Continuously mature the service capabilities, to insure exemplary user experience

  • Liaise with other teams across our Company to complete domain transactions in a timely fashion

  • Develop & mature domain management service Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and Key performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the service.

  • Manage third party vendors who supply services in this space

  • Receive and maintain business feedback about the domain management processes.

  • Ensure our Company’s master Web Domain portfolio data assets (such as owners and backups) is maintained.

  • Participate in cross-functional project teams where required.

  • Manage service TCO financials, insuring there is value realized from the service.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Expert Knowledge of Domain Management practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team-oriented self-starter

  • Experience working in a global environment

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Agile product management practices a plus

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint & MS Teams is highly desirable.

  • Service oriented education or certifications such as ITIL, Scrum, or other agile methodologies.

  • Process Improvement & Re-engineering skills a plus

  • Familiarity with DNS hosting solutions

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$80,320.00 - $126,500.00
