infrastructure and the FAAs National Airspace System (NAS) network. As a member of our FAA Enterprise Network Services (FENS) team, you will bring your passion,
education and experience to this critical mission and interact directly with decision-makers and government staff who are tasked with ensuring the nations air transportation systems underlying
communications infrastructure is secure and always available. We are hiring skilled and energetic candidates to work alongside the best and brightest employees on a long-term career opportunity to
design, build and operate the next generation NAS network supporting the busiest, most complex aerospace system in the world.
Sr. Analyst - Project Manager will be on the business side of the organization, yet support a team who liaises with IT on a daily basis, and are in need of technical expertise and input. The project management side of the role will focus on managing IT projects using the agile delivery methodology, as well as managing data cleanup activities.
Candidate will be responsible for:
• Project managing multiple IT projects at any given time
• Interfacing with cross functional counterparts daily
• Defining and creating user stories for IT, based on translating complicated requirements out of customer solicitations and RFPs
• Hosting project calls, touchpoints, solution reviews, user story demos, etc.
• Manage testing of new development and defects as necessary
• Quickly understanding current business processes, then determining and implementing process improvements that align with system development
• Understanding the system architecture to provide the best solution(s) for complex challenges
• Preparing user guides for user communities
• Documenting lessons learned
• Capturing and calculating business benefits, both quantitative and qualitative
• Maintaining certain source documentation such as mapping documents and complex spreadsheets

What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
• Associate's degree
• Three or more years of relevant work experience
• Creative, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, team-focused, self-motivated, flexible and autonomous
Even better if you have:
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to read and understand system flow diagrams
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Expertise in Google Products
