The Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) team is seeking applicants for the Portfolio Sourcing and Relationship Management (PSRM) intern position. The intern will work with the PSRM organization and may support development and implementation of new functional and cross functional process changes. The individual may work with internal customers and other functions such as Central Laboratories, Specialty Labs & Specimen Life Cycle Management services internally and with external vendors. The selected intern will support business process alignment across teams through effective communications and meeting participation.
Activities may include (but are not limited to):
Provide project management support for strategic initiatives
Assist organizational efforts to simplify and standardize global process
Develop tools to enhance vendor management
Generate process maps and/or performance metrics
Develop effective communications
Receive exposure to the field of clinical research and drug development with direct activities supporting global clinical trial operations
Deliver a capstone presentation illustrating internship objectives and activities
Support global teams in governance, business analytics, continuous improvement efforts and initiatives that drive our business
Required Education and Experience:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a business or project management, computer technology, logistics/supply chain or science related discipline.
Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2024.
Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of collegiate study by June of 2024.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
