Job Description

The position

You will report into the Director Global Procurement Supplier Management and will be responsible for supporting the development of a Supplier Performance Management Process (SPMP) for indirect suppliers at Organon. Responsibilities will include creation of the change management and communication plan, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, training creation, support with project management activities.

For this internship, we are looking for a candidate that can start as soon as possible.


  • Collaborating with the Supplier Development & Performance Management Team and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ensuring the availability and quality of data required for the development of a consistent process and tools.

  • Supporting implementation of Supplier Performance Management Model and related tools.

  • Evaluate Performance Management Tools for use within different indirect procurement categories.

  • Creation of training materials for the implementation of Performance management tools

  • Creation of the change management and communication plan

  • Support with project management activities

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Student in business administration, technical business administration, international business or supply chain management

  • Your skills in English and Dutch language are excellent

  • You are persistent in collecting required information and you can execute in-depth evaluation and analysis

  • You would like to be part of an internationally diverse team and you can work cross-functionally with a remote team

  • You are looking for an internship assignment where you get the space for your own initiative

  • Independent and self-organized because we do not work from the office every day
