Job Summary:

RiverTech is looking for a Logistics Management Analyst (Property Book/Clearance required) to work in Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides logistical / Property Book support to four (4) CA Commands, two (2) PSYOP Groups, one (1) TIOG, one (1) CH DET, one (1) Headquarters and Headquarters Company and their deployed assets with no negative impact to the mission.
  • Ensures that property book records are properly completed daily, including that only authorized individuals listed on DA Form 1687 have signed the documents and that all documents pertaining to the action are being maintained IAW Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS)
  • Assists the Government in responding to requests for information from Government POCs at Department of the Army (DA), Forces Commands (FORSCOM), and United States Army Reserve Command (USARC).
  • Reviews and provides technical guidance on all documentation involving property accountability matters submitted by USACAPOC (A) Groups, Commands, and DRU to ensure it complies with all applicable policies and regulations, on an as needed basis.
  • Assists the Government in maintaining the Army’s property accounting records that show, on a continuing basis, the item identification, gains, loses, on hand balances, and the conditions and locations of all property assigned to the property account. Prepare and process accountable adjustment documents and adjust property records.
  • Assists the Government in assigning and posting Cash Collection Vouchers (CCV) and Statements of Charges (SOC) to the appropriate Property Books to adjust accountability.
  • Provides technical guidance and assistance with Modified Table of Organizational Equipment (MTOE) and Common Table of Allowances (CTA), non-expendable Property Book items by communication with Item Managers, providing Logistics Intelligence File/Army Master Data File updates, and processing reports of discrepancy/pseudo-receipts upon notification from the units. Assist the Government in processing Decision Support Tool (DST) directives by the suspense to be vetted in DST.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must have a Secret Clearance
  • Eight (8) years’ experience working in a Property Book Team Section using the system of record for property book accountability GCSS-Army.
  • Trained and proficient on GCSS-Army, (must have training certificate) at the Property Book level and knowledgeable on the regulations and procedures for Financial Lability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPLs).
  • Trained and proficient in the Use of Microsoft (MS) Office application Software experience and proficient in Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP)
