With a strong medicines pipeline our current transformation will not just deliver growth for our business but continue to allow us to bring innovative medicines to patients quickly.<br><br>The Manager, Data Enablement will collaborate closely with Finance associates to help drive decision making via data and analytics. Responsible for developing solutions to address challenges faced by Finance by identifying the correct data assets, tools, analytical models, and relevant teams required to deliver these.<br><br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br>• In-depth business acumen (i.e. Finance & Managed Markets Finance) combined with expert analytical skills with the ability to solve business problems/providing valuable insights (i.e. revenue leakage). <br>• Collaborate with senior level leaders within the business functions to refine their analytical and data needs.<br>• Experience in statistical analysis and appropriate usage of statistical methodologies to provide insights.<br>• Catalog, cleanse and identify data sources that are required by Finance. Transform and interconnect data using Novartis tools (i.e. Alteryx & Tellius).<br>• Extrapolate business question and translate into an analytical model. <br>• Highlight business priorities/challenges and convert into data performance metrics and advanced predictive analytics for the Finance area. <br>• Ensure high quality and comprehensive insight into Finance analysis. <br>• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to formulate new initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement.<br>• Drive the development of user requirements and functional specs to ensure the overall user experience is achieved. <br><br>This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position.<br><br>This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
