As a Capability Manager, you will be accountable for building and maintaining data-intensive software products and applications that are focused on bringing the healthcare data together. The DMS team manages products that make service offerings subscribed by many enterprise users. These products are mostly analytical in nature and support cutting-edge technology solutions to solve business opportunities. Positions in this function are predominantly involved in maintaining and moving these platforms forward to support the evolving business need. M&R = Medicare & Retirement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Influence peers to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
  • Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
  • Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative data solutions to meet them
  • Identify opportunities to evolve Data Management Services platforms and drive for automation of processes
  • Research, identify, and recommend industry best practices for solving business problems
  • Over time, develop a comprehensive understanding of the various business domains, their systems landscape, their processes and their strategic roadmaps
  • Research, identify, and recommend industry best practices for solving business problems
  • Development of clearly understood documentation for Operational Support and Maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with shared/multi-tenancy environments
  • Experience around the integration of custom built and third-party applications
  • Experience in Infrastructure Management (TCO/TCM, Policy/Vulnerability/Patch/Capacity Management), and Decommission

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Customer Correspondence Management and/or Marketing Automation
  • Experience in management, ideally with 2+ direct reporting and 5+ indirects/matrix reporting
  • Experience performing delivery and management of an application via SaaS (Software as a Service)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
