The candidate needs to live within this territory to be considered.<br><br>Job Purpose: <br>To facilitate the patient journey through Sandoz’ Patient Support Services, to educate and address reimbursement and patient access processes, and to help Healthcare Provider offices understand how Sandoz Patient Support Programs (PSP) assist patients<br> <br>The FRM will manage daily activities to support patient access to Sandoz products and services in healthcare provider's offices including<br><br>Your Responsibilities will Include, but are not limited to:<br><br>• Demonstrate deep knowledge in reimbursement and access across many Patient Support Programs and the subject matter expert in their region of the country. <br>• Link with sales representatives (if applicable), the specialty pharmacy (SP) advisory team, patient support programs, and national/regional account managers to escalate and resolve local payer issues. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills related to complex patient access challenges across payers and specialty pharmacies. <br>• Educate providers on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, and payer appeals requirements, processes and timelines for both Medical Benefit and Pharmacy Benefit Sandoz products<br>• Provide live one on one support training on patient support programs to providers for the Sandoz Bio-Medicines business unit portfolio. <br>• Understand patient support services, healthcare structures, payment systems, payer access and reimbursement methodology <br>• Offer assistance from prescriber decision through to access, supporting the entire Reimbursement journey through payer prior authorization to appeals/denials requirements procedures and forms<br>• Review patient-specific information in cases where the site has specifically requested the assistance and patient health information is available in resolving any issues or coverage challenges<br><br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,400 and $195,600 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/22 through 12/31/22, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
