We provide insight, challenge robustly where appropriate and support commercial decisions, as well as take ownership for and actively manage the financial drivers of value.<br><br>As the Manager, Financial Reporting & Accounting (FRA) Special Projects, you will work with the Director, Systems & Special Projects Lead, and other leaders within the organization, to implement the in-country FRA Operations vision and strategy. You will ensure alignment with leadership team and stakeholders, drive strong execution of the projects, and ensure strong change management throughout the FRA Operations team. Key for this role is the complex stakeholder management.<br><br>Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:<br><br>•Support the FRA Director, Systems & Special Projects Lead and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of the project in line with the overall project methodology, strategy and timelines.<br>•Implement defined project management methods, procedures, tools and quality standards for respective workstream in close alignment with other Project Management Operations (PMO) peers.<br>•Own projects in scope, create and supervise the PMO and get involved in the business partner board.<br>•Update annual LSI (local supplemental information) and Finance Core coordination with global process organizations.<br>•Track the global FRA performance measures and investigate KPIs below target. <br>•Support the development of the overall roadmap, projects and initiatives and own the projects within your scope. <br>•Co-develop and assist in execution of a communication plan within FRA internal Operations and external stakeholders to ensure the proper awareness of performance, initiatives, etc.<br>•Help ensure program governance, management methods, procedures, tools, and quality standards are implemented for respective workstreams. This includes documentation repository, collaboration tools, progress tracking methods and reporting to ensure compliant best practices.<br>•Co-develop a network of financial shared service expertise to gain benchmarking and best practice insights. <br>•Be one of the change agents within FRA Operations, constantly leading best practice sharing and process improvements.<br>•Act as a point of contact for unmet needs, requests, and ad hoc projects, and find new and innovative ways aligned with the FRA Operations vision and strategy. <br>•In partnership with senior management, lead change management activity, drive project initiatives, and influence stakeholder buy-in.<br><br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $84,000 and $126,000/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
