We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join Optum.com digital team. This role will manage Optum.com digital capabilities and products in support of the consumer facing business. The right candidate thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment where people are collaborative and working together to achieve our mission of keeping our patients healthy. This role will serve in a Product Management function responsible for defining and driving solutions for the Optum.com digital capabilities including, but not limited to: Provider Look Up Tool, Listings, Ratings & Reviews. This position serves as the voice of the customer when working with partner teams across the organization to bring the products to life.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Management
- Manage the Provider Look Up, Listings and Reviews capabilities for Care
- Help define the vision and solution(s) with business partners by understanding the customers and their goals, the market space and the business needs and goals for the overall organization
- Support communicating vision throughout the Care organization; support the preparation and presentation of executive communications for given portfolio of work
- Make strategic recommendations to business partners - guide decision-making based on data and analysis, act as voice of the customer for Care in enterprise product(s) vision(s)
- Create requirements for capabilities and features based on, market insights, customer goals, business goals, product needs, technology updates, support tickets, demo team insights, sales team insights and client requests
- Provide vision and direction to the EMC partner teams
- Aligning resources and desired business outcomes, and overseeing the planning and execution of the work with partner teams
- Assess value and prioritize enhancements to ensure work focuses on delivering maximum value
- Provide input on release planning and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Ensure the product meets all standards and requirements including brand, regulatory, accessibility and overall best practices
- Support the creation and management of the analytics and metrics strategy - ensure proper tagging for future reporting
- Ensure that partners are informed of roadmap changes, release plans and delivery status by leading product-level reviews with partners and leadership as required
- Leadership
- Work collaboratively with directors across the broader OHD team and align across the organization
- Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
- Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Project Management
- Gather and document content, technical and functional requirements
- Escalate risks and issues to leadership as appropriate
- Coordinate dependencies with other teams
- Conduct change management activities with marketing and business partners to ensure process and solution alignment

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management / digital marketing / patient experience
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing strategies and plans that meet business goals
- 2+ years of experience managing highly complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders at the executive level
- 2+ years of experience with display technical website and digital platform acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Provider Look Up Product Experience
- B2C Marketing experience
- Experience working with data and facilitating API integrations between vendors and internal teams
- Experience with Yext or other reputation management platforms
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Workfront
- Possess and display technical website acumen; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform experience
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Optum Digital Marketing Platform (DMP) componentry and templates, design patterns and standards
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of Workfront and the associated enterprise and OHD processes that are managed within the tool
- Understanding of modern digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices for digital engagement strategies
- Understanding of overall Optum Care business line and each market’s audience, customer journeys, marketing plans, business objectives and strategic priorities to bring capabilities to life on the website

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
