What you will do-

The Sr. Business Development Project Manager Plans and executes overall project direction as related to schedule, cost, performance, and resources for mergers, acquisitions and other priority projects within Global Customer Care. Coordinates with resource managers to secure appropriate FTE support. Is a leader in the project management discipline at Stryker and seeks to advance Project Management competencies for self and peers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Completes due diligence for mergers and acquisitions on behalf of Global Customer Care.
  • Partners with business development, marketing, operations, technical services and other groups to develop integration plans.
  • Will develop project plans and associated functional specifications that fully define project.
  • Will periodically provide progress report to other functional areas of the company affected by the project.
  • Will monitor and control project.
  • Provides development and guidance for peers as appropriate.
  • Seeks out industry benchmarks for continuous improvement of Project Management competency at Stryker.

What you need-

  • BA or BS Degree Required.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience required.
  • MBA Degree preferred.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • 7-10 years project experience preferred.
  • Intermediate understanding of organizational, industry and technical knowledge preferred.
  • Expert Microsoft Project Online user preferred.
