What you will do:
Forecasting and Analysis
Forecast the Acute Care P&L by working with business partners and other members of the finance team.
Manage forecasting system (BPC and HFM) and train new team members to use system effectively
Business Planning
Manage capital planning model.
Work with Human Resources to manage headcount planning and position approval process.
Lead the annual operating planning process through establishing targets, gathering inputs, and preparing high-level models and consolidating detailed projections.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
Publish the management reporting packages; analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
Provide commentary of business trends and results for quarterly and annual reports and management meetings.
Provide spending analysis compared to budget and forecasts on an ongoing basis for management.
Business Partnering
Develop advisor based business partnerships with a focus on process improvement and driving efficiencies to achieve deliverables.
Provide financial planning & analysis of strategic business opportunities, including financial modeling of revenue growth strategies and new product development opportunities.
Lead team strategy to deliver reporting and business support that drives clarity in the results, supports future projections and focuses on growing operating income.
What you need:
BA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of related experience
MBA preferred
Previous experience in medical industry preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Previous management experience preferred
Experience in a multi-currency, international business preferred
You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
