Entry Level Assembler

HIRING IMMEDIATELY!! Hourly rate is $17.42 / hour PLUS .40 shift differential. NO HIGHSCHOOL/GED REQUIRED! FULL TIME BENEFITS OFFERED ON FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT! Eaton is seeking FULL TIME Entry Level Assemblers for Production / Factory workers to join our team. This position is based at our Lincoln, IL location. We are hiring for 2nd Shift. Position Overview:

You will work together with several employees as a group to produce load center devices, metering devices or ACD devices. You will be knowledgeable and able to perform all basic operations needed to produce the parts from start to finish.

In this function you will:

• Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary
• Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
• Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in United States without sponsorship
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Lincoln, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
