Overview

Manufacturing Operators are responsible for mechanical build and testing through various tasks such as inspecting, testing and packaging of product per approved procedures.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS IN BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA & BILLERICA, MASSACHUSETTS & COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO

A-SHIFT: 6AM-6PM - Monday through Wednesday/ Monday through Thursday

B-SHIFT: 6PM-6AM - Monday through Wednesday/ Monday through Thursday

C-SHIFT: 6AM-6PM- Thursday through Sunday/ Friday through Sunday

D-SHIFT: 6PM-6AM- Thursday through Sunday/Friday through Sunday

3RD-SHIFT: 11PM-7:30AM -Monday through Friday



Responsibilities

  • Verify product visually and takes corrective action when necessary
  • Ensure product is consistent with established specifications
  • Escalate quality issues as appropriate and ensure highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality system, ISO and/or other standards
  • Ensure all product is packaged per packaging specifications and routings are followed
  • Finalize all required paperwork thoroughly and timely (i.e. Production Reports, Hour-by Hour, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.)
  • Maintain accurate attribute/variable charts of rejected materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times and wear required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Perform duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures at all times
  • Maintain awareness of potential hazards and communicate ideas for safer alternatives
  • Communicate potential hazards immediately to the lead or manager
  • Complete documentation and dispose of rejected and/or excess material on a daily basis


Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements: Requires high school degree or equivalent, a combination of training and experience in mechanical assembly
  • Preferred requirements: Previous experience in lean manufacturing environment and/or ISO environment a plus
  • Experienced working in a cleanroom
  • 1-5 years’ experience in life sciences or medical device manufacturing preferred
