Inventory Control Manager
What Will You Do?
You will manage the generation and execution of manufacturing plans from development of the Master Schedule through packing of the units in Assembly. This position will drive key materials and inventory management programs. You will lead and implement the search for breakthrough strategies that improve utilization by increasing throughput, inventory turns and reduction of cycle time. Additionally, this position will continuously improve systems, methods, procedures, people and computer systems. This position will oversee and manage the Shop Floor Planning and Production Planning teams.
What Do You Need?
5 years of experience in production planning, inventory management or related area, Required
Supervisory/Management experience
APICS CPIM certification, preferred
Progressive production and inventory control methods and techniques
Fundamental product engineering methods
Document management systems
Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet
Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
Bachelor Degree in Operations Management or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
