Job Description

The Position

Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare and develop lipid lowering portfolio strategy as well as brand plan and tactical plan.
  • Manage projects efficiently and make sure that all activities are aligned with co-positioning strategy.
  • Actively cooperate with other departments to accelerate the commercial launch of new product.
  • Fully understand the LLA market, get the insights from customer and identify business opportunities in changing and complex environment.
  • Create and deliver impactful HCP education content of brands in collaboration with commercial solution team and other stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of problems, ensuring escalation as appropriate.
  • Expert regarding hospital marketing of RX and digital marketing technology capabilities especially for innovation and creative idea mindset.
  • Expert regarding multi-task handle capabilities and experienced new product launch.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • A business-driven mindset with strategic thinking ability and project management experience. Portfolio management experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant major is must, master’s degree is preferred.
  • The capacity to effectively collaborate and drive moving forward among cross-function.
  • Relevant experience in brand marketing within CV area is welcomed.
  • Experience with Marketing Technology tooling (e.g. Sales Force, PBI, Veeva, Portals)
  • Proven capability to develop sustainable and cooperative professional relationships with all levels of the organization with good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English for both writing and speaking.
