Maybe that’s you. <br>• The incumbent of this role drives and ensures that Digital & IT global and local (where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other Digital & IT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions.<br>• This role contributes to creating, evolving, and driving the organization's strategy, aligning objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk and customer management.<br>• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for respective Stakeholders and their teams (Sandoz Operations)<br>• Represent Digital & IT to the local business, ensuring that expectations for IT services are met and deliver a great business partnership experience for our business partners<br>• Maximize the business value of Digital & IT investment with the needs, the size and the strategy of the business in alignment between the country priorities and global Digital & IT Strategy<br>o Collaborate closely with other Digital & IT functions to integrate highly valued business services and solutions<br>o Reduce and avoid locally existing applications and products by utilizing globally provided products if possible<br>Represent the business and customer strategy within the Digital & IT organization to recommend and provide input into Platform and Product investments and roadmaps<br><br> Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved)<br>• Strategic business partner to proactively shape change portfolio and technology roadmap (3-5y horizon)<br>• Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting mindset together with other Digital & IT functions<br>• Accountable for Program, project & product delivery to Sandoz Operations <br>• Partner with Business to drive Business transformation Programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomes<br>• Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products<br>• Develop knowledge above silos across business functions and ensure business accountabilities are executed<br>• Improve the 'ease of engagement' with Digital & IT for the business<br>• Digital & IT budget accountability to the business. Help business to understand their choices to manage technology costs<br>• Partner with Countries or Sites (where applicable) in respect to country/site roadmaps balancing global and local investments and business needs<br>• Risk ownership for investment and operations portfolio. Key business partner for business continuity<br>• Ensure our journey to Transformation supports Business objectives in a fast, simple, efficient way<br>• Contributes to and interprets business and Digital & IT strategy to shape strategy and future direction for the Sandoz Operations<br>• Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions<br>• Fully accountable for determining the operational objectives and medium-term planning according to the long-term plans established by the Digital & IT Strategy<br>• Partner with sites (STO US) in respect to country/site roadmaps balancing global and local investments and business needs <br>• Act as an advisor to the business stakeholders for Digital & IT related topics, providing the link between site business and global teams <br>• Ensure Digital & IT investments and services for customer group are aligned with business requirements and Digital & IT strategy <br>• Provide leadership and decision making support by establishing project governance and ensure the effective overall use of resources to meet business objectives <br>• Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage <br>• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within service delivery scope <br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $144,000.00. and $216,000.00. per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/22 through 12/31/22, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
