What you will do-

As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support to manufacturing processes and projects. You will use manufacturing data to implement continuous improvement and cost reduction of equipment/processes and support new product launches.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Use Lean principles to simplify processes and workflows
  • Troubleshoot equipment and determine root cause solutions
  • Investigate product quality non-conformances
  • Perform equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Train technical and operations personnel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase productivity, reduce costs and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Lead capital projects including equipment specifications, validation and operating procedures

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
  • 1 year of related work experience -preferred
  • Experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries (aerospace or automotive) -highly preferred
  • Lean manufacturing experience – highly preferred
